What you´ll do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle - from job posting to offer management.
- Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels, and conduct initial screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Serve as the main point of contact for hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
- Keep recruitment records up to date and build strong, long-term talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with other HR colleagues to align hiring activities with business needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including job fairs, events, and social media activities.
- Contribute to communication, engagement, and feedback initiatives in line with global Talent Acquisition priorities.
- Provide partial recruitment support for the Hungarian market and work closely with the local HR team.
- Travel regularly to Hungary for business purposes (a company car will be provided).
What makes you a good fit
- At least 2+ years of experience as a Recruitment Partner, Recruiter, or in a similar Talent Acquisition role.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment and current TA best practices.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders.
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with ATS systems, recruitment tools, and social media sourcing; MS Office skills are a plus.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive.
- Fluent in English and Slovak.
- Hungarian language skills are required due to close collaboration with the Hungarian market.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between Slovakia and Hungary.

Minimum salary: 1700 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
