About this Position
This is a Business Controller position on the Financial Planning & Analysis team within Henkel Consumer Brands.
What you´ll do
- Analyze actual financial performance and update forecast
- Coordinate/manage/control budget
- Lead compliance activities
- Act as a window person to the regional office in Shanghai
- Closing support including accrual management and booking of other journal entries. Lead/initiate actions to improve Business performance (business partnering).
What makes you a good fit
Must-have Requirements:
- Japanese language skill
- Challenging spirit to create from zero
- English communication skill (TOEIC 700)
- Microsoft excel & power point numerical management skill
- Experience in Accounting/Controlling area for more than 3 years (or related areas can be considered)
Nice-to-have Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in FMCG market
- People management
- MBA, CPA
