Join our Application Engineering team and play a key role in supporting leading electronics customers with advanced adhesive solutions. This position combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and team leadership, focusing on camera module applications and related electronic manufacturing processes.

- Provide technical consultation and application support for adhesive solutions within electronics manufacturing, particularly Camera Module applications.
- Visit customers to understand manufacturing processes, application requirements, technical challenges, and market trends, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical evaluations, laboratory testing, and analysis of customer samples, and communicate results to customers.
- Lead and manage multiple customer projects and support product development activities through strong technical expertise and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Innovation, and global technical teams to support existing business and identify new opportunities.
- Support process improvement, technical documentation standardization, and continuous enhancement of testing and application methodologies.
- For management-level hires, lead and develop the team while managing project priorities and resource allocation.

- 接着剤塗布、硬化、接合プロセスなどの最適化を通じて、顧客の生産性向上および品質改善に貢献する。
- Sales、Marketing、Product Development、Innovationおよび海外を含む技術チームと連携し、顧客ニーズへの対応と新規ビジネス創出を推進する。
- 顧客からの技術的フィードバックや市場情報を活用し、既存製品の改善および新規ビジネス機会の発掘を行う。
- 技術資料や評価データの標準化を推進し、プラットフォーム間でのデータ整合性を確保する。
- エレクトロニクス業界、半導体業界、接着剤業界の最新技術・市場動向を継続的に把握し、ビジネスへ活用する。
- マネジメントレベルの場合は、チーム運営、人材育成、プロジェクトおよびリソース管理を担当する。
適したスキル
Must Have
- Japanese language proficiency at N1 level.
- Several years of experience in adhesives, chemicals, materials, electronics, semiconductor, or related B2B manufacturing industries.
- Strong background in Application Engineering, Technical Service, Product Development, R&D, Process Engineering, or customer-facing technical roles.
- Educational background in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Mechanical Engineering,
- Electronics Engineering, or other relevant technical disciplines.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- For MC-level candidates, both people management experience and project management experience are mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Camera Modules, Consumer Electronics, Sensors, Displays, Image Sensors, 5G, AI, IC Packaging,
- Automotive Electronics, or Semiconductor-related applications.
- Hands-on experience with adhesives, sealants, thermal or electrical conductive materials.
- Experience with analytical and testing methods such as SEM, IR, EDX, GC-MS, GPC, NMR, DSC, TGA, DMA, or related technologies.
- Experience working with overseas customers or global teams.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Team leadership or mentoring experience.
