必須要件

• 化学、化学工学、材料工学、または関連分野の学士号を取得されている方
• 日本語がネイティブレベル、かつ英語でのビジネスコミュニケーションに抵抗がない方
• 包装材、ラミネーション、ラベル、製紙、接着剤業界において3年以上の実務経験をお持ちの方、ラミネーション用途に関する技術知識および顧客対応経験をお持ちの方
• 以下いずれかの技術領域で実務経験をお持ちの方：溶剤系接着剤、無溶剤接着剤、ポリウレタン（PU）関連技術
• テクニカルサービス、アプリケーションエンジニア、TS&D（Technical Service & Development）等の顧客対応型技術職の経験
• 顧客、営業部門、製品開発部門と連携しながら業務を推進した経験
• 製品評価、トラブルシューティング、ラインテスト、顧客先での技術サポート経験
• 国内外への出張に対応可能な方 （国内出張に加え、韓国・インドネシア等への海外出張を含む）

• 接着剤メーカーまたは関連業界での勤務経験
• 感圧接着剤（Pressure Sensitive Adhesive）に関する知見
• ラベル用途または紙加工用途に関する技術経験
• 外資系企業またはグローバル企業での勤務経験
• 顧客クレーム対応、品質管理、品質改善プロセスに関する知識
• CRMシステムの利用経験
• 顧客向けの技術トレーニングやプレゼンテーション経験
• 新製品導入やイノベーションプロジェクトへの参画経験
