Talent Acquisition Partner - FMCG

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Strong experience managing recruitment through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and other direct sourcing techniques. Experience recruiting for FMCG positions is highly preferred.
• Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven with excellent organizational and communication skills.
