About this Position
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment projects across Henkel Türkiye, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and help attract top talent through effective recruitment and talent attraction initiatives.
What you´ll do
- Taking full ownership of end-to-end recruitment projects across Henkel's business units and functions.
- Acting as the main point of contact for hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process while partnering closely with HR Business Partners.
- Developing sourcing strategies and attracting top talent through diverse recruitment channels.
- Providing market insights and talent intelligence to support effective hiring decisions.
- Supporting internship recruitment and other talent acquisition projects while ensuring an outstanding candidate
- Supporting Employer Branding initiatives by collaborating with universities, career platforms and external events to strengthen Henkel's employer brand.
What makes you a good fit
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across different business functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
