• Candidate Profile • At least 3 years of B2B technical sales experience, preferably in export markets and the construction or engineering sectors. • A technical background in Construction Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is an advantage. • English proficiency at B2 level or above; Czech, Lithuanian, or other languages are a plus. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • A proactive, independent approach and good organizational skills. • A valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently (70% of working time).
