About this position
What you´ll do
- Work as part of team to serve as liaison between marketing and sales functions with full picture of brand strategy, through leveraging marketing and channel resources to set different channel strategy;
- Develop and execute online trade marketing management for full-platform e-commerce business, covering Tmall, JD, Douyin, etc. ensure online promotion roadmaps execution and sales results achieved;
- Manage full-cycle trade expense & budget control, including cost evaluation, expense review, settlement and ROI analysis.
- Monitor channel business performance, deliver regular data review, and optimizes online trade marketing strategies to drive sustainable sales growth
- Optimize brand online price system, conduct ongoing price monitoring, rectify channel irregularities, and maintain unified pricing discipline across all channels.

- Full-stack online channel experience across online platforms with deep mastery of platform rules, campaign mechanisms and online business operation logic.
- Independent capability in promotion planning, proficient in designing discount structures, and channel-specific promotion policies.
- Data-driven mindset with strong ability to standardize trade marketing SOPs and replicate successful nationwide online campaign models.
- Professional in trade expense management & ROI optimization, able to control promotion cost, improve investment efficiency and ensure profitable channel operation.
