About this Position
Join a global team of professionals collaborating across multiple locations, with key hubs in Bratislava, Cairo, and Manila. Working in a highly international environment, you will partner with colleagues from diverse backgrounds to drive AI adoption and business transformation across Supply Chain & Operations.
What you´ll do
- Drive the adoption of AI and digital solutions across SC & Ops processes by bridging strategy, use cases, and user capability.
- The role focuses on enabling employees to effectively understand and use AI tools, accelerating value realization, and embedding AI into daily operations.
- This role acts as a change agent and adoption driver, ensuring AI initiatives translate into measurable business impact.
What makes you a good fit
- AI & Digital Enablement: AI literacy and hands-on experience with GenAI/Copilot tools, AI use-case identification, documentation, and value realization.
- Business & Process Expertise: Understanding of Supply Chain & Operations processes (Preferred), KPI/adoption tracking, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Change & Adoption Management: Change management, adoption strategy, training, onboarding, user enablement, coaching, and support.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Project management, stakeholder engagement, influencing without authority, and collaboration across global teams.
- Communication & Leadership: Strong communication & storytelling, presentation and facilitation skills, change leadership.
- Learning agility / curiosity.
