• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience (in FMCG Company in Packaging (R&D or Operations)).
• Higher Education (a Bachelor’s degree is a requirement), preferably in Chemistry/Material/Process or Mechanical engineering/Food technology area.
• Fluent English.
• Personal & Leadership Skills & Competencies: The ability to work autonomously on multiple projects is crucial.
• Strong team player and target-oriented with respect for quality and timing.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding of packaging processes and the implications on the development of new products and processes.
