About this Position

As an Adhesive Sales Manager Specialty Tapes & Labels KR, you will execute local sales plans aligned with the Packaging Business strategy to maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while acquiring new ones. You will be responsible for achieving KP OSG (Organic Sales Growth) and PC% (Product Contribution) targets within your territory and designated accounts, driving overall business growth. In this role, you will also ensure timely payment collection to support smooth and sustainable sales operations. 

What you´ll do

  • Maintain good relationship with current customers and distributors, and provide basic technical support and service
  • Exploits new business in Tape and Label market
  • Coordinates with technical support team to conduct line trials and (re)solve customer requests and complaints
  • Coordinates with Supply Planning team to ensure the supply timely
  • Prepare the sales related reports and sales forecast

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required 
  • Minimum of five (5) years' sales experience in related fields (chemical, label or medical industry is preferred) 
  • Collaboration as a team, able to work independently on multi-task assignments, successfully self-directs project work, strong ownership and responsibility, customer-oriented mindset, commitment to deliver the highest level of quality work consistently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-driven and positive attitude towards learning and personal development
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Sales experience in foreign company highly preferred
