What you´ll do
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Adhesive Technologies business unit.
- Track KPIs and deliver actionable insights
- Advise business leaders with data-driven decision support
- Present financial topics to GMs and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance and governance across reporting standards
- Promote financial awareness and continuous improvement
- Drive projects and process enhancements
What makes you a good fit
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business controlling, FP&A, or financial strategy
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Excellent collaboration and leadership abilities
- Fluent in English—spoken and written
