About this Position

• Executes intercompany daily operations, supports business and functions with profound and exceptional process/technical expertise.
  
• Contribute to the effectiveness, efficiency & continuity of the operation.
  
• Contribute to process improvements and GBS+ quality goals.

What you´ll do

• Execute and support process migrations and delivery based on the global process frames, guidelines and SLA.
  - Prepare required payment supporting documents for oversea payments according to foreign currency exchange policy.
  - China IC overdue analysis and follow up, closing coordination.
  - Coordinate for CS billings charge out and follow up.
  - Regulation compliance e.g. VAT reconciliation, WHT filing, external audit support.
  - IC contracts management.
  - Bridge communication between other GBS+ and local stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors and support them actively.
  - Be open to process optimization initiatives, digital topics and upskill the capabilities to meet the requirements.
  - Well understand process flow and optimize process via Signavio.
  - Proactively lead or involve in continuous improvement of IC process, no matter locally or globally.
  - Be proactive to associate with relevant parties to work out simple process and process knowledge exchange.
  - Keep value-added solution in mind and provide sustainable proposal with stakeholders.
  
• More engaged in GBS+ promotion/events/activities/projects and complete other tasks assigned by manager.
