About this Position

As a Logistics Planning and Operations Specialist (Transfer Pricing Quality Management) at Henkel, your primary goal will be to enhance the reliability and efficiency of our global supply chain reporting processes. This role is essential in ensuring that our reporting is not only timely but also aligns with the strategic needs of the business, ultimately supporting informed decision-making and operational excellence. You’ll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to continuously improving supply chain processes. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will have the opportunity to drive meaningful change in how we manage and report data. What you´ll do

  • Processing of Global Support tasks and other specialized activities.
  • Handle CSS and other supporting tasks
  • Serve as primary contact person in resolving process-related issues and provide support during critical working days.
  • Liaise with counterparts and Global Business and Customer Support Group to resolve disputes/issues
  • Develop and implement new ideas and process enhancements to current process scope

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, IT or other relevant courses
  • Preferably with a minimum of one (1) year related work experience in Transfer Pricing, Planning Support and Reporting
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Power Query, and Power BI is highly required
  • Having a background in Continuous Improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and Project Management is an advantage; Must be proactive, analytical, and have good stakeholder management and presentation skills are required
  • Familiar with customer portals
  • Excellent command of the English language in both spoken and written
  • Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00PM – 12:00MN) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
