About this position
About this Position
- Support financial activities at the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support both short-term and long-term goals.
- Monitor, report, and analyze cost and monthly performance KPIs.
- Provide financial analysis for investment projects, ensuring cost tracking and alignment with business goals.
- Prepare annual product cost standards and oversee cost monitoring for ongoing and new products, including updating allocation keys.
- Ensure the consistent application of corporate financial policies, procedures, and standards.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements and initiates respective actions.
- Sharing best practices with other controllers across the organization.
- Drive financial education and awareness initiatives for plant employees to enhance financial literacy and engagement.
What you´ll do
- Provide financial analysis for investment projects, ensuring cost tracking and alignment with business goals.
- Support financial activities at the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support both short-term and long-term goals. Monitor, report, and analyze cost and monthly performance KPIs.
- Collaborates closely with plant key stakeholders to ensure consistent application of corporate financial policies, procedures, and standards.
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in Business Administration or related studies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/accounting, CPA certificated preferrable.
- Minimum 3 years relevant plant controlling experience, integration experience preferrable.
- Investment project (cost control & financial analysis) experience preferrable.
- High proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Excel, SAP user experience preferrable.
- Communication skills in English.
- Strong team player with positive working attitude.
