About this Position
This position is part of the Global Business Solution in Cairo (GBS+ Cairo), in the Marketing & Sales Department specifically handling Media Planning on the Regional Level.
What you´ll do
- Manage coordination and execution of media activities for Henkel across MEA
- Manage administrative topics for media buying and planning topics with different stakeholders and functions (local marketing units, local media agencies etc.)
- Manage media tracking, reporting, planning tools (Henkel Media City) and compiling performance files
- Collect, prepare and analyze media buying and planning data reports.
- Support in preparing presentations and briefing materials
- Support in adhocs tasks in media & digital (MMM, MMX, etc..)
- Support in Digital Media Transformation, innovation, collaboration and knowledge sharing
What makes you a good fit
- 2- 3 years of practical experience in the field of Media planning and buying (classical & digital media), e.g. work experience in a media agency or advertiser (FMCG background is an advantage)
- Goal oriented and reliable project management
- Attentive to details
- Global mindset & cultural experiences
- Very good hands on knowledge on online and offline monitoring tool i.e. statex, and MS Excel (PoweBi knowledge is a plus)
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Fluent in English Language & good communication skills
