About this Position

In this role, you will drive sales support excellence by implementing global strategies locally and aligning with key stakeholders. You will analyze data and performance metrics to generate actionable insights that enhance sales effectiveness, optimize pricing and promotions, and support overall business growth.

What you´ll do

  • Performs transformational initiatives on sales support excellence, including field, customer, category, channel, and shopper.
  • Owns the implementation of global and regional frameworks, policies, and strategies for sales support development.
  • Provides feedback on global and regional strategic projects to ensure local success.
  • Enforces sales support discipline through KPI monitoring and achievement against growth targets and priorities.
  • Drives the execution of sales support excellence and ensures alignment with local stakeholders across customers, channels, and categories.
  • Leads best practice and tool analysis to support operational sales functions, improve performance, and drive business growth.
  • Summarizes and translates actionable insights from internal and external data sources.
  • Conducts pricing, promotion efficiency, assortment, and trade investment analyses to develop data-driven recommendations with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Monitors competitor activities and provides relevant insights.
  • Facilitates internal and external discussions on key performance drivers together with the Key Account Management (KAM) function.
  • Prepares and delivers compelling sales stories to achieve defined targets.
  • Based on customer and competitor benchmarks, provides recommendations on data purchase depth and utilization.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Industrial Engineering or a relevant field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field management and sales support especially in an FMCG company.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
  • Proven experience in managing sales channels and driving sustainable business growth
