About this position
What you'll do
- Ensure robust product compliance governance and enforcement
- Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures for the entire adhesives technologies product portfolio
- Enforce regulatory standards across all product lines in alignment with the Global Product Compliance Head for Adhesive Technologies
- Conduct independent reviews and assessments to ensure adherence to product compliance standards
- Plan and execute compliance audits to assess the effectiveness of policies & procedures compliance controls
- Collaborate with various departments and lead projects to ensure data architechture and digital solutions adhere to compliance requirements
- Develop and deliver product compliance training programs on mindset and best practices
What makes you a good fit
- Master degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Legal or similar
- Several years of experience (min. 5) in Audit, Consulting, Riskmanagement, Compliance, Governance or similar roles
- Very good project management skills as well as strong conceptual skills including data architecture
- Strong analytical skills including visualization of data and knowledge about quality and risk management principles
- Customer centric mindset and strong ability to establish common ground with stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English
- Location flexible within Europe
