Social Content Manager – Meta & Pinterest, SexyHair

What you´ll do

• The Social Content Manager – Meta & Pinterest, SexyHair is the brand’s visual storyteller and digital community builder. This role leads the creation and execution of content across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest, capturing SexyHair’s bold confidence, creative edge, and professional artistry in every post, reel, and pin. Reporting into the Senior Manager, Meta & Pinterest MSDS, this position ensures SexyHair’s social channels feel alive — from the stylist chair to the scroll — connecting beauty pros and fans through inspiration, education, and trend-driven storytelling. This is a highly creative and strategic role for a content creator who can balance hair artistry with digital excellence, translating brand campaigns into scroll-stopping, shareable moments.
• Key Responsibilities
• Content Creation & Channel Management 
  • Own SexyHair’s Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest content calendars — planning, creating, and publishing daily content aligned with brand and campaign priorities. 
  • Concept, shoot, and edit engaging short-form and visual content (Reels, carousels, Stories, Pins) that capture SexyHair’s fun, fearless brand voice.
  • Ensure visual and tonal consistency across all posts — balancing creativity with education and product storytelling. 
  • Monitor platform trends and adapt SexyHair’s content to stay culturally relevant and algorithmically optimized.
• Community Building & Advocacy 
  • Actively engage with the SexyHair community — responding to comments, resharing user content, and celebrating stylists and fans.
  • Identify and amplify UGC that highlights transformation, creativity, and community belonging.
  • Collaborate with the Education and Brand teams to integrate stylist spotlights and education moments into social storytelling.
  • Partner with Creative and Digital Commerce teams to bridge content inspiration with the path to purchase.
• Creator & Influencer Collaboration 
  • Support the Senior Manager in identifying creators and professional stylists for collaboration opportunities. 
  • Co-create content with micro and nano creators that bring SexyHair’s brand energy to life. 
  • Assist in briefing creators, reviewing content, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and storytelling goals. 
  • Track creator content performance and surface top-performing partnerships.
• Content Production & Platform Excellence 
  • Partner with Creative Design to ensure all social assets are elevated, on-brand, and optimized for Meta and Pinterest formats
