• Bachelors degree and 3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Advertising or similar field.
• Proven track record managing successful marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
• Growth mindset paired with creative problem-solving capabilities.
• An eye for aesthetic, design & keen attention to detail.
• Proactive approach and capacity to work under minimum supervision.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
• Proven experience organizing and leading cross-functional teams.
• Marketing experience in the building materials industry is a plus.
• Travel Requirement: 15%

The salary for this role is $90,000.00-$100,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
