What you´ll do
- Manage the responsible product portfolio in the region focus on strategic product management work
- Keep stakeholders up to date on relevant product changes; manage product switches efficiently
- Interface with Marketing, Product Development, Application Engineer, Purchasing, Operation and Supply Chain.
- Lead product portfolio and product lifecycle management, support new product launch, product complexity management to maintain the healthy product portfolio.
- Drive profitability improvement, product cost management for both new and commercialized products, low & negative margin management, initiate product localization projects to continue improving the profitability.
- Execute Portfolio Optimization proposals in alignment with local Sales Team
- Conduct price analysis based on market conditions, competition, with regional policies; collaborate with the Price Manager and team to recommend adjustments, maintain margins, update price lists, and manage approvals
- Analyze product portfolio by using Henkel tools and processes
- Support management of regional product portfolio and consequently manage product portfolio complexity
- Manage master data processes and data maintenance
- Support other global and regional projects, such as Cost Optimization, Master Data, Process Improvement etc.
What makes you a good fit
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Engineering or in a relevant field
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in an B2C and/or B2B marketing or product management
- Good knowledge of project management
- Excel master, SAP user and Power BI professional is plus.
- Strong business acumen to drive sales growth and profitability improvements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Polish & English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
