About this Position
What you´ll do
- Drive data usage at Henkel through maintaining and enhancing our central data catalog which is at the heart of our data mesh
Increase adoption by creating user guides, training materials, and support documentation - Collaborate with different teams to ensure trusted data at Henkel (e.g., data descriptions, data quality, compliance)
- Develop reports and dashboards monitor the health of our data mesh
- Support the definition of data processes and their automation
- Collaborate with multiple teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Increase adoption by creating user guides, training materials, and support documentation
What makes you a good fit
- Proven experience in data governance, data cataloging, or data management
- Hands-on skills in Power BI and SQL
- Knowledge of data mesh concepts, data quality processes and data domain structures
- Understanding of legal compliance frameworks like GDPR, EU AI Act
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Hands-on experience with data catalogs, such as Atlan, Precisely Data360, Datahub is a plus
