About this Position
In this role, you will be responsible for managing Key Accounts in the Modern Trade Channel, driving sales, execution, and listings for both direct and indirect customers. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure brand strategies are executed effectively at the point of sale. Additionally, you'll oversee sales automation tools, monitor budgets, provide detailed reporting, and support daily operations to ensure smooth channel performance. Strong communication skills and key account management experience are essential for success.
What you´ll do
- Delivering sales for the Modern Trade Channel Key Accounts
- Value share, execution and listing for Direct & Indirect Customers under the responsibility
- Executing brand strategies and ensuring customer sell-out performance via excellent POS executions with close relationship other departments such as Marketing, Trade Marketing
- Coordinating Modern Trade Channels Sales Automation Tool
- Building strong relationships with related key customer and realize plans collaboratively
- Provides regular reporting (e.g. MS, P&L, NPI launch control, distribution, promotion overviews and listing overviews)
- Monitors budget and invoicing process
- Assisting the Channel Manager Modern Trade & eCom with reporting, data analysis, and the execution of daily operational activities to ensure smooth channel operations
What makes you a good fit
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or in a relevant field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Key Account Management, FMCG experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Self-confident professional, who possesses strong interpersonal skills along with sound leadership capabilities
- Advanced user of MS Office applications
