Adhesive Inside Sales Specialist for General Manufacturing (Inbound & Outbound Sales)

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is required
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in inside sales, tele-sales, and/or B2B sales is required
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing sector is preferred; Experience in working with CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent) is preferred
• Good communication in English (both written and spoken) is required and Korean is a must
• Excellent command of MS Office is required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset; Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet sales targets
