About this Position
Join our dynamic Order management team, the engine that powers our business! We're at the forefront of streamlining order management, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction. You'll play a crucial role in managing the entire order lifecycle, from initial processing to final delivery, working with local teams and stakeholders to optimize operations.
What you´ll do
- Create Orders, Deliver Results: Manage order creation with speed and accuracy.
- Handle Returns, Solve Problems: Master the return process for customer satisfaction.
- Balance Finances, Ensure Compliance: Create debit/credit notes with precision.
- Close the Books, Drive Accuracy: Participate in crucial monthly closing activities.
- Connect Teams, Build Relationships: Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Track Stock, Optimize Flow: Generate insightful stock reports.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain or any relevant study
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Fluent French and English speaker with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Highly detail-oriented and focused candidates with a demonstrated interest in operations
- Ideal candidates will possess time-management skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) SAP is a plus.
