• 5-7 years in brand management or marketing leadership, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
• A bachelor’s degree in business/marketing. MBA preferred but not required. 
• A proven track record of crafting campaigns that dazzle, excite, and inspire action.
• Proven experience with Circana and/or IRi/Neilsen is required.
• Comfortable working with data to evaluate success and refine approaches for continuous improvement.
  
• A keen ability to balance big-picture vision with executional excellence, delivering strategies that drive measurable results.
• An in-depth understanding and love for the beauty industry, along with a pulse on emerging trends and consumer behavior. 
• A confident and empowering leader who thrives on collaboration and knows how to inspire teams to achieve greatness. 
• Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to captivate an audience, both in-person and across platforms.

The salary for this role is $115,000.00 - $135,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
