About this Position
As Application engineer, the aim is to optimally support the full APC sales team with technical know-how, and product
advice/ proposal of solutions, and trials, to enable the team to grow the business in a profitable and sustainable way throughout Maghreb and West Africa region and responsible for all APC Segments.
What you´ll do
- Conducting customer trials, accompanying the trial in customer's site, preparing the report of the hygiene good samples
- Leading the communication and partnership with Personal Hygiene Customers' technical teams, Giving online/F2F Trainings to customers, distributors, OEMs and Henkel colleagues
- Conducting regular market analysis of hygiene products (diapers, FemCare, incontinence, textile back sheet etc) to evaluate adhesive performance
- Adress customer complaints and issues by diagnosing problems related to adhesive applications
- Create and maintain a network with key technical stakeholders at existing and new customers in Maghreb and WA region
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably in Chemistry
- Minimum of5 years of experience in sales field specifically chemical field within an industry / FMCG
- Strong Knowledge of the Tunisian Adhesives Market
- Experience in Networking Prospecting Territory, portfolio management
- Problem solving mindset
- Excellent negotiator
- Strong Communication in both french and English
