About this Position
As a Senior System ServiceNow Engineer, your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping the efficiency and effectiveness of our ServiceNow development and implementation processes. This position is vital to ensuring that our company effectively utilizes technology to streamline operations, enhance service delivery, and maintain compliance through robust license management practices. You'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team where diverse perspectives are valued, and every voice counts. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll have the opportunity to influence major projects and help standardize best practices across the organization. Your contributions will not only support immediate goals but also set the foundation for long-term success within our company.
What you´ll do
- Provide expert guidance on all technical aspects of ServiceNow development and implementation
- Design and develop technical solutions, conduct integration testing as needed
- Standardize processes and incorporate best practices into design requirements
- Utilize large-scale thinking to drive project success and continuous improvement initiatives
- Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Oversee the global License Management and License Review process effectively
- Create and maintain quality gate processes and update license entitlement records within the Software Asset Management (SAM) tool
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Intelligence/ Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related courses
- With at least four (4) years of relevant experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes; With strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its modules, and functionalities; ITIL Certification is a plus
- Preferably with knowledge of other programming languages (HTML, CSS) and database management; Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript
- Experience with Application Programming Interface (API) and development; Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, organized and analytical, adept at working in a collaborative team environment and independently
- Amenable to report on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and hybrid set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati City
