Lead Application Engineer

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or other related fields is preferred.
• 6-10 years of experience in adhesives technology, specifically in Conformal Coating, Potting applications, and development.
• Ability to gather, understand, and interpret chemical, physical, and mechanical data.
• Demonstrated ability in organizational, project, and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with other team members in product development programs.
• Solid interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as a team member and independently on multi-task assignments.
• Up to 25% travel may be required

The salary for this role is $110,000.00 - $130,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
