What you´ll do

  • Responsibility for administration of European Customer quality & Customer Specific Requirements strategies and programs for European Customers (GCR entry and maintenance)
  • Coordinate AMO/AMC non QKAM customers where currently covered/coordinated by CQ (Support the coordination of product complaints (including connection with supplier complaints when needed)
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Product Development and other cross-functional teams to manage customer requirements expectation to ensure effective communication is supported, including 8D assessments (against internal/external requirements, CC assignment and CCMS audits) and when needed creation.
  • Support customer audits/assessments as required, in cooperation with other quality team members in generation of supporting documents
  • Ensure the Customer complaint management process and Supplier complaint management process is effectively conducted within the assigned region in partnership with the relevant SQD contact.
  • As required, manage the alignment and agreement of quality assurance agreements and technical specifications with plants and contract manufacturers.
  • Coordinates and monitors continuous improvement activities in line with required KPIs.
  • To review and assign GCR PPAP requests (acc. to standard procedure, escalate if needed to Scott or me)
  • To prepare customer impact reviews  (acc. to standard procedure, escalate if needed to Scott or me)
  • To update general information in selected customer portals
  • To check and reassign CCMS-entries (request update of contact lists, train authors how to find correct

What makes you a good fit 

  • Ability to work min. 25 hours/week with flexibility
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence without direct authority
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Knowledge of Minitab, SPC, FMEA, 8D, or SQC is a strong advantage
  • Exhibit creative, solid and positive problem-solving skills.
  • Min. 1 year of active full-time student status remaining (Preferably BSc or MSc in Engineering)
  • Expert knowledge of Word and Excel; Sharepoint experience is preferrable
  • Effectively work in a multinational cross-functional team environment
  • Experience of Quality or Engineering in previous roles and/or studies
  • Committed to Safety, Health and Environmental excellence.
