About this Position
As a Source to Pay Specialist, your primary goal will be to manage daily Purchase to Pay activities, focusing on invoice processing, supplier communication, and issue resolution. You'll be part of a collaborative and dynamic team dedicated to driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across our processes. Working closely with business partners through governance calls and utilizing relevant tools, you will ensure strong relationships and operational excellence. What you´ll do
- Carry out daily operations related to Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) activities, including invoice processing, quality checks, supplier communication, and issue resolution, ensuring compliance with the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Henkel Japan
- Facilitate seamless coordination between the Purchase-to-Pay team and Japan-based colleagues through email and phone communication
- Manage relationships with business partners by conducting governance calls and utilizing relevant tools and processes to ensure operational efficiency
- Provide support for ad hoc operational tasks and actively participate in team projects and initiatives as needed
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing overall process efficiency and effectiveness
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Finance; Preferably obtained from a shared service working environment
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required; experience with SAP is highly preferred
- Must be proficient in Japanese language; Native Speaker or JLPT N1 level in reading, writing, and speaking is required
- Amenable to work on a day shift schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
