What you´ll do
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced project coordinator eager to lead implementations of cutting-edge Transport management tool across multiple countries and drive improvements of logistics processes worldwide. Our team is closly cooperating with global business teams on roll-outs of Transport planning tool and other solutions for optimization of Henkel's logistics processes. During last years, we successfully completed roll-outs in China, Chile, Turkey, South Korea, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. This year we continue to work on tool implementations in Mexico, Japan and South Africa.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end implementation of Transport planning tool in various markets:
- Analyse and fully underastand local logistics processes and specifications
- Collaborate with reagional and global teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and efficiency
- Propose and steer technical solutions and process enhancements in cooperation with IT team
- Lead testing of newly designed processes and train the end users
- Travel to project destinations during various phases of the projects to ensure smooth roll-outs
Improve local processes within countries already using Transport planning tool

- Interest in logistics processes
- Logistics experience is advantageous

Minimum salary: 1800 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
