About this Position

We are looking for an engaged and results-driven Digital & Social Media Manager to lead and develop our D2C web shop and social media presence, aligning with both global and local strategies. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our global digital team and other departments to ensure we meet our sales and brand awareness goals. You will work both strategically and operationally, focusing on optimizing sales performance and increasing traffic to our web shop. This position reports directly to the Head of Authentic Beauty Concept.

What you´ll do

  • Manage and develop our web shop operations, optimizing daily sales performance.
  • Oversee and grow the Authentic Beauty Concept Instagram account, including content planning, publishing, and follower engagement.
  • Implement and manage advertising campaigns via Meta and Google in collaboration with social media agencies.
  • Maintain daily contact with our global digital ABC team and Head of Authentic Beauty Concept to refine website and digital strategy.
  • Plan and execute brand awareness and traffic-driving activities for the web shop.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize sales performance, advertising results, and customer behavior.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with external partners such as media agencies (e.g., Bazaar Voice and Socialite).
  • Work with PIM, PSS, RAQN, and manage translations in Azure.
  • Ensure smooth operation of payment systems such as Checkout.com and Klarna.

What makes you a good fit

  • Experience working in a global team and handling international campaigns.
  • Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of social media management, particularly Instagram.
  • Previous experience in Meta and Google advertising in collaboration with agencies such as Bazaar Voice (global media agency).
  • Analytical mindset with experience in sales and advertising optimization.
  • Checkout.com and Klarna (knowledge of payment systems is beneficial but not required for direct management).
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
  • Understanding or experience of platforms like PIM, PSS, RAQN, Azure translation management and Scarlet (Customer service and email management system)
  • Ability to manage projects independently and work towards clear objectives.
