- Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, major in materials science, chemistry, or related fields. Professional knowledge: Master the basics of materials science, material processing technology, material performance testing, and another related knowledge.
- Experience requirement: Typically requires 1-5 years of work experience is better in the relevant field, familiar with quality inspection and quality system, material processing, process optimization. Working experience: automotive, adhesive, materials, chemical, and so on.
- Skill requirements: Process design: able to design and optimize material processing technology and solve process problems in production. Material testing: Familiar with material performance testing methods, such as stretching, viscosity, titration, etc. Data analysis: Possess the ability to analyze data and optimize process parameters through experimental data. Software tools: Familiar with analysis software such as MATLAB, etc.
- Personal qualities: Strong ability to analyze and solve problems. Good teamwork and communication skills. Continuously learn new technologies and processes. Meticulous in work, with a high sense of responsibility.
