What makes you a good fit

• Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial or Chemical Engineering
• 5+ years of work experience in related fields, quality performance or business intelligence
• 3+ years’ experience in data analytics and data driven process optimization
• Hands-on experience in Power BI, Databricks, Python, data visualization, and statistical analysis
• Perfect Business English with another relevant language a plus
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving
• Agility, enthusiasm, willingness to learn and creativity
