What you'll do
We are seeking a proactive and analytical intern to support the growth of our export business. This role involves strategic data analysis, project management, and collaborative coordination with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be directly involved in driving business insights, optimizing processes, and contributing to key decision-making activities.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to generate actionable insights and prepare data-driven reports.
- Act as a liaison between sales teams and customers, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
- Research competitor activities, customer behaviors, and market conditions to provide strategic recommendations.
- Interpret market data to develop strategies that increase market share and optimize sales operations.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to streamline order processing, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop automated reporting systems to improve business performance tracking and decision-making.
- Create high-impact presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in Business or any related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, data modeling) and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights.
- Strategic thinking, combined with an understanding of business and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to drive customer-related initiatives.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a relevant internship role, with exposure to sales, marketing, or business development.
- Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to business challenges.
