About this Position
Join our team as a Social Media Creative, where your innovative and artistic talents will be the driving force behind captivating digital content for various platforms. What you'll do aims to elevate our brand's online presence, engage our target audience, and enhance consumer interaction through visually appealing visuals, compelling copy, and imaginative campaign concepts. By leveraging your creative prowess, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative and establishing a strong digital footprint. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external agencies, you will craft cohesive digital and social media campaigns that align with our brand objectives. This role offers a platform for you to showcase your creativity, strategic thinking, and passion for digital innovation while contributing to our brand's growth and success.
What you´ll do
- Implement and ideate creative strategies to enhance our brand's Digital presence and drive engagement in line with existing content strategies
- Plan, coordinate, and execute digital content in coordination with different agencies; Support in post-production of digital assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, brand marketing, production, and agencies, to create cohesive digital & social media campaigns that align with the brand's overall objectives
- Generate captivating and visually appealing digital content, including images, videos, GIFs, and infographics, website texts tailored for different platforms in line with digital visual brand guidelines; Write compelling and concise copy that communicates our brand message effectively and resonates with our target audience
- Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure our brand remains relevant and innovative; Conduct research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and creative storytelling
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and foster a positive brand image in collaboration with community management team; Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to continuously improve our social media strategy and content
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Digital Media, Marketing, or any design-related course
- Minimum of three (3) years' related work experience in digital marketing and content creation with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and ability to engage audiences; Preferably with experience on a global brand with a comparable role
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and design software such as Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite, etc; With In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices
- Proficient in branding principles and ensuring consistency across diverse channels; Demonstrated ability to independently handle multiple projects, meeting deadlines efficiently
- Skilled in analytics, with a talent for interpreting data to enhance campaign performance; Enthusiastic about staying current with social media trends, digital strategies, and emerging platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; With a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt your tone and style to different platforms and target demographics
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (12:00 NN to 9:00 PM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
