What you´ll do
- Steers activities independently for remote Henkel purchasing locations and IT.
- Organizes regular meetings to ensure sharing of the important information with relevant stakeholders and business partners to ensure active and close cooperation.
- Supports data quality controls and develops issue resolution plans.
- Supports data quality monitoring via dashboards, visualizations, and early warning systems.
- Identifies (select, define, prioritize) critical data elements (CDE) within data domain.
- Defines and populate business rules and definitions for metadata. Maps data lineages. Maintains data catalogues.
- Executes on the defined data domain strategy and goals. Participates in defining the data domain boundaries.
- Defines the data sharing principles for the domain.
- Supports processes and cooperates with process owners.
- Supports policy definition for data creation, update, and deletion.
- Supports data standard formalization, including formats, length, and usage definitions.
- Contributes to digital upskilling of self and team.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (PivotTables, formulas)
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of data visualization, preferably in Power BI
- Drive to learn and adopt new technologies
- Process management or ownership experience is advantageous
- Experience with data governance or structuring is a plus
- Familiarity with data quality standards and methodologies is a plus
- Power Query or VBA experience is a plus
- Knowledge of purchasing is beneficial

Minimum salary: 2100 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
