YOUR ROLE
- Process orders in SAP and e-Salesforce (ESF) for Australia and New Zealand clients via email and phone for accuracy and timely fulfilment
- Generate reports in SAP and Excel to monitor orders on hold and ensure prompt dispatch
- Track orders from warehouses to customers, managing inquiries, complaints, and resolutions effectively
- Oversee returns processing including pre-checks with sales and warehouse teams for credit/debit notes
- Provide comprehensive support to customers and sales, collaborating closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Preferably with at least one (1) year experience in handling SAP Order Entry Process Proficiency in MS Excel is required; SAP knowledge in order entry is required
- Must be detail oriented and customer-service oriented
- Proficiency in English verbal and written communication is needed
- Amenable to work on an early dayshift schedule (3:00 AM to 12:00 NN), following ANZ holidays, and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
