YOUR ROLE

  • Development and execution of an aligned global/regional/local key account strategy (short-, mid-, and long-term).
  • Leadership, coaching, and development of the Key Account team.
  • Achievement of sales plans and KPIs.
  • Building and nurturing sustainable, long-term relationships with key accounts; negotiating and securing international/annual key account contracts.
  • Financial KPI analysis and proactive steering of key account business.
  • Creation and presentation of promo proposals for key brands.
  • Execution of special brand activities.
  • Establishment and maintenance of strong communication with the marketing/trade marketing team.
  • Management and growth of the E-Commerce channel.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Proven working experience for at least 3-5 years in a similar position in FMCG.
  • 2-4 years of experience as Senior KAM or KAM.
  • Languages: English and Russian - Advanced level
  • Advanced Microsoft Office user (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Strong analytical skills accompanied by a data-driven thinking mindset.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a proactive approach on a day-to-day basis.
  • Personal & Leadership Skills & Competencies: Business Development, Stress Management, Networking/Communication skills, Sales Forecasting, Digitalization Understanding of alternatives
  • KPI Performance: OSG, NES Sell-Out, Market Share, L6, Trade Investment, %, Launch/Relaunch Tracking Performance, GP1, Sell-In
