YOUR ROLE
- Manages, executes & implements sourcing projects at local/regional level in changing category teams / countries and based on priorities defined by regional sourcing project manager
- Ensures consistent usage of digital tools and processes for all executed projects.
- Guarantees full documentation, traceability, and compliance for all sourcing events.
- Actively onboards to sourcing projects by utilizing self-learning resources such as the CT Factbook and Basket Playbook to familiarize with unfamiliar category teams / Baskets.
- Executes non-sourcing related projects, tasks, or topics in the regions (e.g., Sustainability, German Supply Chain Act, corporate projects, etc.).
- Ensures full documentation, traceability, and compliance within IMEA for all executed sourcing events.
- Coordinates best practice projects (e-tenders & e-sourcing) by collecting Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP), consolidating spend across different categories, and evaluating them based on specific criteria.
- Decides on the financial terms and conditions to be applied to awarded suppliers (e.g., payment terms, penalties, price lists, total cost, etc.).
- Arranges internal and external meetings, primarily focusing on savings projects.
- Supports compliance and digitalization processes, including contract management.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in related positions, particularly in Marketing, HR, Technical Supply ,Fleet Management and service agreements.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Excellent command of MS Office programs.
- SAP Knowledge is a plus
- Excellent negotiation skills and conflict-management capabilities
