YOUR ROLE

  • Execute KAM plans in line with regional SU plans (Short, mid & long term) and tactics to capture customers. also deliver an ambitious sales plan and project pipeline.
  • Optimize sales mix to impact higher growth and margins, and handle Direct Key accounts & manage them effectively, ensuring to make accurate forecast, manage supplies & meet monthly collections targets.
  • Maintain, motivate and support distributors in the territory.
  • Lead and coach Line support & distributor sales teams to set and achieve the financials goals.
  • Work closely with KAM’s R&D facility in developing high/mid-level contacts, initiate projects in R&D & close them effectively by implementation in KAM plants across India.
  •  Actively identify application opportunities across customer base and convert into ACE pipeline.
  • Build a strong ACE project pipeline greater than 1.5X the NES.
  • Drive pipeline of ACE projects at customers to convert into sales by developing strong value proposition using value calculator

YOUR SKILLS

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience.
  • Should have a degree in Mechanical/ Automotive Engineering.
  • Exposure to Key Account Management, Sales, business development is preferable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill.
