YOUR ROLE

  • Successfully lead a team of experts to develop and commercialize innovative platforms across known and new markets
  • Drive strategic planning and resource allocation to support successful commercialization of identified projects
  • Utilize necessary project management tools and processes to manage initiatives, track progress, and deliver to agreed-upon timelines
  • Create value through the development of tailored value propositions, business models, and profit formula
  • Foster close collaboration with Sales/ KAM/AE/Marketing/Sustainability teams to accelerate impact
  • Drive a pull-through market strategy through direct engagement with targeted brands
  • Support the innovation process and a robust pipeline of disruptive solutions

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in Chemistry, Business Administration or similar
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in commercial roles, project management, marketing, brand management and/ or consultancy
  • Experience in working in various geographies is a plus
  • Proven experience and know-how in packaging market is a plus as well as proven project leadership skills in a complex and diverse environment
  • Having a commercial sense including “value selling” to  the expectations of our customers
  • Excellent communicator and team pleayer
  • Excellent English language skills
