YOUR ROLE

  • The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing Henkel’s Industrial Adhesives
    business at Key Accounts in the Medical Devices field through the development and execution of a strategic plan that aligns with the overall global account strategy.
  • Drive sales growth through the development of key partnerships in the customer organization in order to
    understand customer needs, identify unmet needs, and apply technical and solution selling techniques to capitalize on those opportunities.
  • Defines account-specific pricing, negotiates contracts, ensures fulfillment of commitments and
    implementation of commercial policy.
  • Steers and supports internal resources to execute account strategy and delivers account target
    performance objectives.
  • Analyzes financial KPIs and proactively steers key account business
  • Is responsible for timely and accurate admin. tasks supporting account strategy incl. sales forecast
    updates, monthly reports, etc.
  • Conducts field, market, jobsite or store visits; follows up on store implementation/promotion, in-store stock levels, identifies gaps
  • Coordinates education implementation and sales impact with technical advisors 

YOUR SKILLS

  • Experience in Portfolio management for medical devices, heavy industry or automotive
  • Advanced English
  • CRM Management
  • Availability to live in Tijuana
  • Availability to travel within Tijuana, Mexicali, Ensenada and Nogales
