  • Implement category growth strategy and optimize real-time sales plan in T-mall channel.
  • To deliver business results ensured by agile strategy, seamless operation, and efficient execution.
  • Responsibilities

  • With full awareness on market dynamics and competitive landscape, implement monthly activation plan, key shopping festival campaigns and live-streaming plan in line with channel strategies.
  • Perform ongoing analysis on operation metrics (including key item sales, traffic, conversion rate, consumer behaviors and paid media efficiency) to optimize real-time sales strategy, aiming at achieving business performance and maximizing the efficiency of marketing activities.
  • KOL live-streaming collaboration to increase brand presence and market share growth.
  • Be responsible for Value Chain and set commercial KPIs, including selling, sellout, inventory, etc.
  • Work closely with both internal cross-function teams and external parties.

  • What the Role Can Offer You

  • Develop skill set of Key Account Management.
  • Develop agile market insights and business navigating capacities.


  • Bachelor above degree.
  • English at workable level.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.  
  • At least 3 years working experience in FMCG industry and knowledge in T-mall.
  • Strong communication skills and capacity of data analysis.
