  • This position is responsible for Industrial Relations, Statutory Compliance, Contract Labour Management, Drafting of letters, Grievance Handling, Employee welfare etc.
  • Management of Housekeeping, Canteen, Transportation, Security, CCTV, Change rooms and general administration of the Plant.
  • Responsible for Time Office, Leave card and Payroll Management.
  • Budget Management & Invoice Processing.
  • Knowledge of Labour Laws.
  • Marathi Typing will be added advantage.


  • Graduate/ MPM / MSW/ MBA HR preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Industry.
  • Registered as Labour Welfare Officer under Factories Act, 1948.
  • Excellent skills of Communication (Written & Verbal), Team Building & Problem Solving.
  • Go getter approach with high level of Maturity.
