  • Define & execute FP digital strategy in close alignment with KAMs, implement digital roadmap, and ensure tool and process adoption
  • Build necessary expertise along processes, project management, digital transformation and requirement engineering to ensure best-in-class user journeys
  • Enable and push “data-driven decisions” by organizing and managing our information assets to generate insights for better and faster decisions.
  • Proactive scouting and networking of digital trends and solutions in the procurement space
  • Manage regular surveys and benchmarks internally and externally
  • Generate value from data by providing relevant analytical insights gathered from the Henkel’s data-asset
  • Prioritize information needs, including capturing requirements and building dataflows, datasets, reports and dashboard
  • Create products for purchasing community either resulting in an automatic updated dashboard in Power BI or in an asset that will be shared with the FP ecossystem
  • Educate end-users on new reports and dashboards


  • Master's degree, ideally with focus on IT / Digitalization
  • 5 years of relevant experience in the field of data requirement engineering ideally in/for Purchasing  
  • Experience in performance management metrics
  • Profound data modelling and coding skills e.g. SQL & Phython; R
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
  • Strong interpersonal communication and persuasion skills
  • Strong project management leadership skills
  • Fluent English language skills
