  • Working experience in Selling surface treatments/industrial paints/ lubricants to automotive and automotive components supplier industry.
  • Execute local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / Gain new customers
  • Execute customer roadmap and manages / closes projects in respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities.
  • Key Account management in all aspects for short- & Long-term strategic activities plan & execution.
  • Execute order management & payment collection in timely manner
  • Execute pricing actions Build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors also works closely with internal stake holders like Customer service, Technical services, etc.
  • Provide input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory
  • Coordinate with Application engineer (Technical services) to conduct line trials / (re)solve customer requests and complaints Delivers KP OSG and PC % in territory / at defined account


  • Minimum 5 years of working experience into Sales and Technical services
  • Should be a Chemical/ Mechanical engineer Graduate or M.Sc. Chemistry/paint technology/ Other Degree Holder can be considered with relevant industry experience.
  • Preferably should have working experience into Surface treatment chemicals/ Industrial Lubricants for Auto OEM and component suppliers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great stakeholder management
