YOUR ROLE

Within Henkel Adhesives Technologies we are building a new Digital Operations organization to drive and execute the recently approved strategy to fully digitize our sites and operations. Be part of this exciting transformation and new organization in the region, which closely cooperates with the Global Center of Expertise in Singapore.

• Ready to join a great team of Digital Operations professionals with an exciting job opportunity as an Intellectual Property (IP) Protection Manager?
  
• You will make an impact by ensuring our IP is managed according to policies and standards
  
• Your will manage the IP Protection Ownership by implementing and evaluating control effectiveness for our production, with an initial focus in China
  
• You will manage the community and drive upskilling and raise awareness
  
• You will be responsible for improving controls
  
• You will support IP Incident response when needed

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Engineering or equivalent
  
• Possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with SAP governance in an operational environment
  
• Strong change, interpersonal communication and persuasion skills
  
• Proven track record in executing complex programs and teams in multi-stakeholder environments, Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
  
• Proactive and collaborative working style
  
• Ability to converse in Mandarin as the role covers IP topics in China as well
  
• IP knowledge preferred
