YOUR ROLE
- Manage a service model end-to-end for Microsoft 365
- Shape and safeguard the business needs with that service model
- Manage external and internal services to drive and ensure operational quality and efficiency
- Implement and maintain IT standards like access concept and operational tasks for compliance
- Develop a strategic plan and concept for licensing opportunities and negotiating terms and conditions
- Support and consult stakeholders on the efficient use of software in terms of licenses
- Collaborate and engage with internal and external strategic & tactical providers
- Facilitate the "DevOps" approach by focusing on topics like automation and continuous integration
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor in Business Informatic or Computer Science, or equivalent or any relevant field
- 5 years of overall work experience in in IT Service Management or any relevant field
- Analytical skills and affinity to work with KPIs and financials, support creation and judge business cases
- Open eyes opportunities for business and dx, to shape and improve processes for mutual efficient roadmap setup
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 strategy and accompanying technologies
- Open-mindedness and intrinsic motivation to learn new topics
- Excellent English skills and good understanding of German language
